Recipe courtesy of Tyler Florence, but slightly modified. Why is it that a surprising number of great chefs are men? Oh wait, it's cuz women watch cooking shows. Actually, I guess guys do too. I mean, I heard this guy fawning over Rachael Ray once. It was amusing, but creepy all at the same time (the guy was 15 years old). I think I'll stick to browsing recipes online when I'm at work.
